Please migrate this repo to use Android embedding v2. #247

I just tried to run this repo. All that happened was I got a load of messages telling me to migrate to Android embedding v2. Can someone do the update so this repo just works please.

I think it already supports embedding v2. https://github.com/AgoraIO-Community/Agora-Flutter-Quickstart/blob/master/android/app/src/main/AndroidManifest.xml#L35
