WebSDK docs currently gather all docs in one en/cn folder, and keep all assets in one folder.
This way is not easy to maintain the docs and not friendly for others to contribute.
What did i change
Divide the docs into Get-Started, Audio-Management, Video-Management, Advanced-Stream-Management, Device0Management and Quality of Experience as the AgoraWebSDK-NG website shows
Separate the en/cn assets in assets-cn and assets-en
Test
This PR has no code change, so need to add tests.
Other impact
The path of Docs has been changed, like docs/en/overview changes to be docs/en/get-started/overview, so the AgoraWebSDK-NG website needs to update the docs path.
