Windows to Windows stream glitches #71

Describe the bug

Sometimes, for people who join from Windows, there are frequent glitches in the stream. This is especially prominent when the publisher and audience member are both on windows. When the publisher is on windows but the audience member is on Mac we are not seeing the glitches

We had over 400 attendees, many had this issue. All were on Windows laptops using Chrome.

Hi @vvedharaju , In the test, what was the setting for codec, was it H.264 or VP8?

We are using h264. This actually happened during one of our live events not during a test. Thank you!

Hi @vvedharaju , I could not find any log in our system. Do you remember roughly when was the event and how long did it last? And also, does it happen to VP8 as well? To me, it looks like there were packet loss somehow in windows case.

This event was on Thursday September 3rd from 5pm-10pm IST (UTC +5:30)
