The event ConnectionStateChanged don't work when sameUidLogin

I detect when SameUidLogin and follow these documents:

• https://api-ref.agora.io/en/video-sdk/react-native/3.x/enums/connectionchangedreason.html#sameuidlogin

Environment:

• react-native-agora : 3.7.1
• react-native : 0.64.4

Step to reproduce:

• I join one channel by await _engine.current?.joinChannel( config.token, config.channelName, null, 123454 );
• Rejoin in another device with same method
• But don't see the reason return from ConnectionStateChanged event

Does another device version is v3.x too? And I recommend you use v4.x rtc sdk.
