[v4.1.1] rename `AgoraRtcChannelMediaOptions`.`publishTrancodedVideoTrack` to `publishTranscodedVideoTrack` #36

Looks to be a typo in AgoraRtcChannelMediaOptions. publishTrancodedVideoTrack should be publishTranscodedVideoTrack

Hi @hawflakes, sorry it took so long to reply to this message. Thanks for spotting it! I've added an internal ticket to the SDK team, so it should be patched in a future release.

If you spot misspellings (hopefully there aren't more!), or even functional bugs with the SDK in the future, it's best to make a support ticket so it gets to the right team. The team actually working on the SDK won't see it here.

Thanks again, and I'll close this ticket once I see it's been patched.
