Contributors Tutorial + Guidelines + FAQ #3

The goal of the contributors guidelines is to provide an entry point to developers new to the Agorex-io project. Not necessarily new to development, but new to the technologies used for Agorex-io (since etherium development is bleeding-edge), and the structure of Agorex-io and the components (backend, frontend, tokenbase) necessary to make it work.

A lot of this document can't be completed until we decide on the structure of our product (how much of ForkDelta's infrastructure we will use), but the segments introducing people to blockchain development can be created now.

@activescott I think contributions from you and everyone who worked on ForkDelta's systems would be a vital part of this document.

Typo: Ethereum is spelled with an E. ERC standards use the capital letters "ERC" instead of "erc"

This is a good rough guideline to get started and a great idea to help contributors get started.
