Reasons to delist:

Abandoned project.
The website is offline/gone (died around June 2017).
Last tweet from March 2017.
Their Bitcointalk thread has have had people calling it a scam since around
Their ICO happened in 2016, and like most projects, it died around the 1-year mark.
It has never been traded in FD.
