Reasons to delist:

Abandoned project.
Last tweet in December 2017.
Last Facebook post in December 2017.
Last GitHub interaction in June 2017.
Their Bitcointalk thread was locked in July 2017 because they were using the bounty to incentivize people posting in the ANN thread, which is a violation of Bitcointalk rules, which means assume anything good in the ANN thread is fake.
