Reasons to delist:

Abandoned project.
The website is offline/gone.
Their Bitcointalk thread died around November 2017 when it was announced the dev's mother died and he was mourning and I supposed he never came back.
Etherscan shows 4 txs in the past 30 days.
Someone else created a new token to take over this project and is offering a 1:1 token swap in this project's original Bitcointalk thread.
