Wallet-Dapp connection seems to time out (docker-compose down + up required) #3900

The connection between the ag-solo and the Treasury dapp appears to time out and require a refresh (docker compose down / docker compose up) on the wallet.

Needs some active testing to provide specific reproduction steps, but flagging here to understand whether this is something peculiar to the Docker set up that we will move away from regardless, or something the needs active work prior to a production launch of the wallet.

I'll need to reproduce it before I know if it's Docker-specific.
