Dan: will it have deposit / withdraw? Sam: that's complicated. we'll have non-IBC stuff hence needs-design

@samsiegart we descoped this during our sync earlier in the week so was going to delete/remove on the basis that the Cosmology asset list UI component is sufficient for use for 4 day dapp - just wanted to confirm that aligns to your understanding also?
