Remove reference to src/examples from _agoric_orchestration #9985

@aj-agoric Can you please elaborate a bit more on the ask? Do we want to remove the reference(hyperlink) to github src/examples only or do we want to update/generalize/remove the ICA Usage example from the Key Concepts page? IMO we can go with the latter and just refer to this contract walkthru.
