Econ Gov UI not resolving due to 'Connecting to RPC taking longer than expected' / CORS error #139

Describe the bug

When smoke-testing the dapps following upgrade 17 - I repeatedly ran into this error attempting to test the Econ Gov UI. Console references CORS error for archive node.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to https://econ-gov.inter.trade/

Expected behavior Econ Gov UI should load and should not experience any RPC issues

Archive node confirmed to be down. Strangelove have resolved
