Description of the Design
1) Update 'Interest Rate' to 'Stability Fee' in following places on 'Creating New Vault' view:
[ ] Under 'Choose Collateral', vault type card
[ ] Vault Summary
2) Update 'Int. Rate' to 'Stab. Fee' on vault card in 'My Vaults' view
3) Update 'Interest Rate' to 'Stability Fee' on Vault Summary tile on 'Adjust Vault' view
