Vaults UI currently doesn't offer any navigation to our other IST minting product, the PSM. While we do intend to provide a more cohesive/integrated experience - by migrating PSM to dapp-inter (having all dapps under same repo) - this link out provides some discoverability and cross-dapp navigation in the meantime.
Description of the Design
Include PSM link in tab next to 'Vaults' - but ensure that it's clear it's an external link that will take user to new page (Denoted by conventional external link arrow or whatever)
