What is the Problem Being Solved?

The Inter Analytics Dashboard isn't discoverable from the Vaults UI. Users should be able to easily navigate to it from all dapp FEs.

Description of the Design

Add 'Analytics' button/tab alongside 'Vaults' and 'PSM' - link out to https://info.inter.trade. Ensure user knows they're about to redirected to external link through use of a relevant symbol
