What is the Problem Being Solved?

IOU - from Rowland - tbc - Vault at risk coloring/warning should take the locked liquidation price into account. If we know based on the locked price that you won't be liquidated in the next auction, then it's odd to get that warning even if you're below the margin based on the current price. It's a little complicated though so I'm not fully sure what's clear to the user here
