When creating a new vault - a user could easily hit 'Max' to maximize the amount of IST debt they take on without knowingly understanding that they are taking on the most liquidation risk by creating a vault with the lowest possible collateralization ratio.

Design:
Providing user has sufficient collateral to lock-up to mint the minimum 25IST amount, whenever a user hits 'Max' button for 'IST to Receive' on Create vault screen - show below warning in red text (same as 'Below Minimum of 25.00 is fine):
'Warning: This will create a vault with the lowest possible collateralization ratio which greatly increases your risk of liquidation if there are downward price movements.'
If the user adjusts the value in the 'IST to Receive' field - hide the warning but if they click 'Max' again, display it.
