What is the Problem Being Solved?

The Create Vaults UI page has a few issues noted by different users:

Lots of unnecessary whitespace for selection of an asset (which isn't even an action at the moment) which leaves the primary user actions around configuring the vault below the fold
The current "Choose Collateral" card looks a lot like the User Vaults card

@samsiegart let's pause on this for now - Rowland and I are discussing potentially getting some user research insight into Vaults UI in general that could better inform this

@turadg Not yet. This still persists but we intend to design for it when we re-engage Ekko in coming weeks. I've removed from V+1 for now though so it's not messing any filters up - will bring into scope for relevant release when more work is done on the design side and we have visibility on when we might want to start work on it.
