Description of the Design

Configure

• [x] Change vault creation fee notification at bottom of box to 'A minting fee of 0.01% will be charged upon vault creation'

• [x] Change 'Vault Creation Fee' to 'Minting Fee' in Offer Summary

• [x] Add 'DEPOSIT ATOM' button. Clicking should open existing Wallet UI tab otherwise new tab (where they can IBC transfer ATOM to Agoric chain) Summary

• [x] Change 'Offer Summary' to 'Vault Summary'

• [ ] Add 'Next Liquidation Price' (take Locked Price) to vault configure box - only show when price lock period = active

This issue was triaged recently and deemed to be critical for release by Product (major usability value add and correction of stale/confusing references)
