ERTP Guide: Quatloos are obscure; awkward ocaps ref; diagram crossings #1165

Following changes should be made:

  1. mention of Quatloos should be removed.
  2. ocaps should be cited properly or removed at all.
  3. The class diagrams should be simplified, e.g., some pairs of links are crossing needlessly.

"Update guides/ertp Page" as stated, would be addressed by changing any byte of the page.

I thought we already had an issue re quatloos, but I can't find it.

Please take care with claiming that things "need" to be done without clear justification. Why do these changes "need" to be made? What happens if they are not made? Perhaps these changes should be made?
