Fix dapp tutorial intro #1166

Current introduction to dapp-agoric-basics in the tutorial section is misleading and mentions only one of the three scenarios the dapp covers. This is a fix.

This reverted #1140. Why?

@touseef @dckc Did it by mistake. Fixed now (#1168). For some reason, GitHub gave me the impression that I was changing only one file. Lesson learned!

yeah... it does say "1 file changed". very strange!
