chore: mark package as deprecated and insecure #442

As discussed, this updates the README and SECURITY.md to reflect the deprecation of this package.

@erights my understanding is that our shadowrealms shim fulfills its goal as a proof of concept and also helps with the tests. To meet this goal while being the closest API to what we expect for becoming native, we couldn't find an affordable solution that also works as a recommended public API.

In other words, our realms polyfill works if you only want something to test ahead and get ready for the native API, but we don't recommend it otherwise, neither for general usage.
