mis-directed delegation - Syd #82

@Syd-ai reports they're surprised not to be included in the 1st round of delegation:

They report that they got a message around 15 Feb notifying them that they were selected, and they submitted their pledge: https://github.com/Agoric/validator-profiles/pull/28

I think I see what happened... the address agoricvaloper1ahq8d70psln40fkwpghtq59yxq4l8vx9x0ap7p was duplicated. One of those delegations perhaps should have gone to

I asked @Syd-ai if 2 weeks is an acceptable time-frame to resolve this, noting that coordinating the multi-sig redelegate with the relevant people takes time. Syd responded:

@Syd-ai Apologies for the delay. @dtribble and I are scheduled to have the re-delegation done this upcoming Tuesday, 15 Mar.
