There is no way for users to move assets off Agoric chain natively through the wallet UI (like for ATOM and stATOM). Need to add Deposit/Withdraw IBC transfer functionality for these two assets.

Similar to ATOM and stATOM - add these buttons for stTIA, stOSMO and stkATOM which brings up the transfer modal.
