system tray icon so agregore does not close(keeps sharing data with peers) #190

don't know how easy/hard it would be, but a system tray icon would be good. that way agregore stays online and can keep sharing data with other peers in all the networks agregore is in. torrents will get a big boost from this. if someone wants to close agregore, then they would click/right-click on the system tray icon and exit agregore.

I wonder if it'd be blocked on figuring out how to render the Agregore logo properly accross platforms. #10 #181
