Extensions window content cut off on macOS #237

Problem & reproduction steps

On macOS the top of the extension content seems to be cut off and displayed below the window chrome. It might be treating it as a frameless window or similar???

Open Agregore on macOS
Click either the ArchiveWebpage or Ublock Origin icons
