Even though we block ads well it'd be good to block those GDPR consent popups which have made the web unusable.

[ ] Fork https://github.com/cavi-au/Consent-O-Matic
[ ] Add agregore styles to any UI and default to blocking all cookies
[ ] Add gh action for building the extension on release based on the other agregore extensions
[ ] Integrate into builtin extensions
[ ] Test with some sites
