Add option to calculate and download bbox instead of individual shapes in multipolygon cases #36

Some multipolygon shapefiles have a great number of individual polygons, close one next to the other. Introduce cli flag to activate or not individual queries. It also seems to be a bug in the initial code. Check this also.
