Workflow for future versions #38

@marieALaporte I'm thinking about how we manage the standard going forward. So far I've only been manually editing the cgcore.rdf, cgcore.html, and examples that you created (thank you!). Is the canonical source of CG Core the RDF file? Should I try to work out a way to generate our documentation from that file?

Protégé seems to be a popular open-source and cross-platform tool for ontology development. Is that what you used?

I didn't use protégé for that. I wrote a script reading data in an excel file and creating the RDF. I need to find this script now... I wonder if it was just not a set of regex...

Oh that sounds like something I would do. In fact, I was thinking about trying to do the opposite: to find a way to create our docs automatically from the RDF. I opened cgcore.rdf in Protégé and found that it shows a lot of errors:
