Fix typos in specification #5

Checked with hunspell and aspell in Linux command line. This mostly fixes some real typos like "identifer" and "resouce", but also normalizes some acronyms like CGSpace, AGROVOC, and MARLO.

For the language, eventually we could normalize against en_GB or en_US because it's currently a bit of both right now (ie "harmonised" and "organization"). This is easy in Linux:

$ aspell check -d en_GB

thanks @alanorth, I didn’t know the aspell command. Merging as it is now fine I think
