OSX Build with Latest ffmpeg - avacodec_init() symbol not found #15

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Build ffmpeg on mac OSX 10.7 (latest source from git)
2. Build latest ffmpeg (download form this site)
3. qmake/make simple project file using QVideoDecoder.cpp, .h

What version of the product are you using? 
qtffmpegwrapper_src-20120317.zip

On what operating system?
Mac OSX 10.7

latest ffmpeg from:
git://source.ffmpeg.org/ffmpeg.git

Has anyone successfully built for OSX?

Sorry - my typo:  it's avcodec_init(),   not avacodec_init()
