Update formulas for Mg #110

The following changes were made for Mg:

  1. Emperical function to estimate Mg content for grassland on clay and peat (pred_mg) is updated.
  2. Formula to calculate Mg index for grassland on clay and peat is updated.
  3. Evaluation function of Mg for mais is changed, so that it becomes identical to that of arable land.
