Add NDVI statistics data per field #15

Currently only the mean NDVI value per field is available in the Cube, would be useful to include the other (zonal) statistics too (e.g. min, max).

Actually the NDVI value currently is taken from a center point within the field. There is no calculation of statistics from all the NDVI raster cell values within the field, hence at the moment the information (such as standard deviation) is not available. Has to be improved in a next major version of the Cube.
