Fixing bundle problem with gem plugins, including jekyll-admin #57

Previously bundle exec Jekyll serve created errors due to the plugin configuration. I had previously had to remove Jekyll-admin for this (and I've always wanted to have it in this project for your benefit @Agrover112 )

Fixed it and rebuilt Jekyll admin settings.
