The problem was that the pumps were lagging so that they did not start running immediately after we pressed 'start' on ProCoDa. To resolve this issue we realized that there were two ProCoDa opened, so we exited and opened a new one.

The turbidity meter and the fluoride sensor are both showing voltages ~0 on ProCoDA. Both have issues communicating with the computer. Solution: Changed the ProCoDA box and patted it "Good Boy" After changing the box, the fluoride probe voltage reading is correct but the turbidity reading is still -999 NTU even though the turbidimeter itself works. Tried putting all pumps + turbidimeter in series and turbidity still doesn't show up on ProCoDA
