(As a lot of our tasks depend on the results of our first test with the new sed tank design, we are unable to plan many steps in advance.)

• Read about flow recycle in the textbook
• Run a baseline test to compare to
• Plan out the design for the new sed tank before fabricating
• Fabricate a new sed tank with a flow recycle system
• Test new sed tank with flow recycle system for various parameters
  • Different upflow velocities
  • Different coagulant dosages
• Adjust design as necessary and continue testing
  • Angle of entry
  • Diameter of tube
• Work with bottom geometry to see if adding an inset helps?
• Work with sensor dev to see if floc concentration is uniform
