Travis fails when building textbook #186

I am unable to build a new version of the AguaClara textbook. Travis is throwing a lot of errors. see https://travis-ci.org/github/AguaClara/Textbook @ethan92429 says it is an environment issue within travis. One of the errors that is reported by travis is... Could not import extension sphinxcontrib.bibtex (exception: No module named 'sphinxcontrib.bibtex')

It would be great to reduce the number of errors that Travis is finding so that building would be more reliable. I currently often find that restarting the build helps and that doesn't seem logical.

Well, the release worked and now I have no idea why it worked. I suppose this moves this back off of the priority list and we will see what happens next time we try to make a new release!
