Organization of the first few chapters: intro, fluids review, and python

Hello textbook team,

I'm thinking about how to organize fluids review, python review, and the general book introduction.

Right now my thoughts are as follows:

Chapter 0: Introduction to AguaClara

• Introduction: a long intro
• Design: no design
• Future Work: a brief overview of prospective research... wastewater/flouride, 1 LPS

Chapter 0.5: Review

• Introduction has two components: fluids and python.
  • Fluids part would be what is now Fluids_Review_Design.rst
  • Python part would either link to the AguaClara wiki or consist of the first section of last year's python tutorial 2, minus the example problems. Perhaps a combination of the two
• Design: no design
• Future Work: aide_design things?

Chapter 1: Flow Control and Measurement Everything here would proceed normally, as outlined in the structure

That seems reasonable to me for Chapters 0 and 0.5. For the python including both would probably be good as long as the correct python tutorial is linked, though I don't anticipate many people would spend much time time doing it unless assigned. But that could be what an updated tutorial could be.
