Finalizing Design #122

Influent System -2/9 decided on 4 separate influent pipes from tipping bucket to bottom of reactor -need to decide:

The tipping bucket idea was proposed based on a tipping bucket rain gauge which is used to measure precipitation depth based on the number of "dumps." The "bucket" is calibrated to dump after a certain volume of water is delivered. Looking into how these are designed maybe helpful.
