I would suggest reorganizing your github repo by semester so it's easier for future teams to navigate.
Regarding the report, I think it is well done with all the fabrication details. I have made comments in each section so that you can address them. In addition, I would also suggest have a short general previous work section to briefly justify your design in addition to the timeline. I would also suggest including a figure with all the parts of the UASB reactor labelled.
