Second draft of the research report due.

Address all of Natalie's comment
Add Figures and more clear captions for each of the figures
Add doc tests to the code
Update the code for biogas

Clean up the tables so add specific references
Update the bibliography (Let's use Zotero to make things easier)
Add figures to the parts of the Manual that seem to need more specificity/visual aid

Please edit the sections what you wrote according to the comments given by Natalie. It's also super important that we organize all of our sources into a bibliography. I can organize these things easily using Zotero but if you want to learn how do it I can also show you. Here's the breakdown of the tasks.
