Change sync-settings gist #46

A lot of team members have been having issues with Atom packages when installing sync-settings - turns out that it's still tied to Ethan's gist!

We should make an AguaClara GitHub account, then tie sync-settings to that to avoid any accidental changes to Atom packages.

Done, but kind of irrelevant now that we're moving to Colab (#54 ).
