Write wiki page and interactive tutorial on data analysis #56

Last semester, members said they would like material from the Monday night class on data analysis in Python to be incorporated in the AguaClara interactive tutorials. I'm currently transferring the content in the MNC presentation and the example data analysis code to a new AguaClara tutorial wiki page. I'll also be writing short exercises, like those in the presentation, in an interactive tutorial. This will be done in Colab as a Juypter notebook (see #54).

A wiki page has been written on Data Analysis in Python. An interactive tutorial in a Colab notebook will be coming soon (by 9/30/19)!
