Now that our Sphinx documentation is generated and deployed by a Github Actions workflow (for more details, see #65 and #66), we can stop requesting Travis CI checks for commits and PRs. I believe this involves
deleting Travis CI as a webhook in the repo settings and
removing the .travis.yml file,
but we should confirm whether there are other steps to take.
It turns out this only required toggling the repository "off" in the travis-ci.org settings for the AguaClara organization. See this Stack Overflow post.
