Add documentation page to Smart Components #46

Create google docs with nicely formatted ABOUT descriptions of how to use each Smart Component. Then upload the pdf to Onshape. Here is a great example.

@monroews, @fletchapin and I were thinking that it might be better to put this description only into GitHub, and not in Google Docs + Onshape, since it'll be more easier to view and we can make changes more easily. What are your thoughts on that?

That is an excellent proposal. And I'd suggest waiting on this until after the 1-5 L/s plant is completed and then assessing what documentation will be most helpful.
