Pipeline currently returns pipes with diameters 2.5 and 3.5 inches. That in turn causes pipelines to fail because there aren't necessarily corresponding fittings. We would like to set a series of pipe sizes that we commonly use.
As a temporary hack Monroe checks for these two sizes and rounds up for pipeAndCouplingService
