Format units output by Onshape correctly #12

There are two main problems to solve here:

How do we round to the correct sig figs?
Can we write a function to modify units within the metric system, e.g. 0.001 meter is much more readable as 1 mm

Are we sure that temperature and flow rate don't have units? Flow has units in Onshape.

I think you're right Monroe and I realized after talking to Ethan I was getting the variables from the wrong place in Onshape. I updated the issue to reflect that
