Have something that generally looks like a filter

Have all sub pieces within concrete filter
Excludes connecting geometry
All pipes and pieces parameterized
Assembly also parameterized to create multiple filters

We recently finished the Fusion assembly of the filter. It contains all of the slotted pipes and supporting pipe geometry that can be found in the confines of the concrete tank. Still does not contain any connecting geometry to the entrance tank.
