results came back with no stable affluent turbidity -- expected outcome was stable and near 2-3 NTU
rerunning the test to identify possible error in our first trial

After re-ran the 1mg/L coag experiment we got ~1.2NTU as steady state effluent turbidity. Therefore we started 1.3mg/L coag experiment today
